Το Φεστιβάλ Γούντστοκ (Woodstock Festival) ή απλά Γούντστοκ (επισήμως: Woodstock Music & Art Fair) ήταν ένα μουσικό φεστιβάλ που προσέλκυσε ένα ακροατήριο άνω των 400.000 ατόμων και που ήταν προγραμματισμένο να διαρκέσει για τρεις ημέρες σε μία γαλακτοπαραγωγική φάρμα στη Νέα Υόρκη από τις 15 έως τις 17 Αυγούστου του 1969, αλλά τελικά κράτησε τέσσερις ημέρες, καθώς ολοκληρώθηκε στις 18 Αυγούστου.
Το Rolling Stone το κατέγραψε ως μία από τις 50 στιγμές που άλλαξαν την ιστορία του rock and roll. Το γεγονός καταγράφτηκε στο βραβευμένο με Όσκαρ ντοκιμαντέρ (Woodstock, 1970), στο συνοδευτικό soundtrack και στο τραγούδι Woodstock της Τζόνι Μίτσελ.
